J.A.Baddeley & Co.Ltd. is engaged in providing electro plating services to industry. Our specialised service ranges from zinc (acid and cyanide), tin, nickel, and chrome plating to anodising of aluminium both natural and coloured.

Mr.Baddeley first started as a metal polisher in his garden shed before moving to workshops in Lenton, St Anns and the Meadows area of Nottingham. The business was set up in 1964 and moved to the present site in 1970. The company now employs 15 people and all work is completed in house.

The Company Management have recognised the growing importance of quality within industry and all work is completed to BS 5750 Part 3 as its standard.

It is the policy of J.A.Baddeley & Co.Ltd. to provide a full electro plating service which conforms to its customers contractual requirements.

J.A.Baddeley & Co.Ltd. is committed to reducing further impact on the environment through monitoring and continual improvement of its environmental performance. To achieve this J.A.Baddeley & Co Ltd. work closely with Severn Trent Water Ltd. to get the most efficient route for disposal of effluent waste. We aim to recycle as much waste as possible, therefore protecting the environment.
